Privacy Policy

1. A business-card website

This website presents the studio and its services. It has no forms, sign-ups, newsletters, analytics or advertising trackers. The site does not collect or store your personal data.

2. What happens technically

• Server logs. Like any server, the hosting server records technical data: IP address, date and time, the requested page and browser type. This data is used only for security and to keep the site running (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept for no longer than 14 days and then deleted. Our hosting provider, Bluehost, processes this data on our behalf.
• Language choice. The language you choose is saved in your browser (localStorage) so the site opens in it next time. This entry is not sent to us and is not used for tracking. You can delete it in your browser settings.
• Cookies. The site does not set cookies for visitors.
• Fonts and scripts are loaded from our own server, with no requests to Google or other third-party services.

3. Third-party services

The site links to Booksy, social networks and messengers, Google Maps and Apple Maps. Until you follow a link, these services receive nothing about you. Once you do, their own privacy policies apply.

4. When you book or message us

If you book through Booksy or message us on a messenger or social network, we receive the data you provide yourself: your name, phone number and message. We use it only to arrange your appointment, contact you and provide the service (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and we do not share it with anyone other than those services. We keep it only as long as needed for appointments and no longer than the law requires.

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

• find out what data we hold about you and get a copy;
• correct inaccurate data;
• ask us to delete your data or restrict its use;
• object to processing based on legitimate interest;
• lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl).
